Q.Flight options

We support 4 kinds of flight.

-Nonstop flight only.

-No plane change flights.

-Connecting flights-Flights may have one or more landings and departures.Passengers will have to disembark the plane and re-board.

-Another flight.

Q.Is there a limit of how many passengers can be booked in one reservation?

Youcan book up to 9 passengers in one reservation.If you have moore than 9travelers,the airlines considers this a group and special arrangements must be made.For groups of 10 or more you can fill out the form on our travel angency and we will contact you.

Q.What is an “E”ticket?

“E” tickets are offered by many major airlines, and allow you to travel without a paper ticket,eliminating the worry of  leaving your tickets behind.

Q.Can I change the name on my ticket?

All reservations must be made in the exact name of the person traveling – no nicknames.For international travel the name on the reservation must be exactly as it appears on the traveler’s passport.

Q.Where do I confirm my reservation?

All flights should be confirmed with the airline directly.We recommend that you do so at least 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flight(72 hours for flight to international destinations).

Q.What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

If your paper airline tickets are lost or stolen,please call us immediately.Our representatives will assist you in filing a lost ticket application.

Hotel FAQ

Q.Can I add additional people to an existing hotel booking?

Yes, you can add a guest to the same hotel room by calling our customer service. Please notice that there may be a charge for additional guests.If you need to book an additional room for the guests you may do so online as a new reservation.

Q.What should I do if the hotel can not find my reservation?

Make sure you have the booking number if not pre-paid or the hotel voucher for pre-paid hotel reservations.If you were required to enter a credit card at the time of booking,the reservation is guaranteed by the hotel.If a hotel overbooks,as they do on occasion, and you have a guaranteed reservation, the hotel is obligated to find you a comparable hotel and free transportation to this hotel.

Q.Why does’t the hotel have my reservation when I call?

Actual guest names will not be available to the hotel until 48-72 hours prior to arrival dependent on if the hotel is a pre-paid or non pre-paid hotel. In order to adjust room volume the hotel does not receive the name manifest until 48-72 hours prior to arrival.

Q.Does my insurance cover the hotel?what does the insurance cover?

We offer a travel protection plan that covers both airlines reservations and hotels reservations.An airline reservation is not required to purchase hotel coverage.

Q.How old do you have to be to stay at the hotel?

Each hotel has its own policy based on local laws.Many hotels require the guest be over 21 years old or older to stay at the hotel.One travel recommends checking directly with the hotel for their age restrictions.

Q.I want to make changes to my reservation.Will I be charged a fee?

Changes dates ,reduction in rooms, guests name or any other amendments are subject to fees based on the hotel’s policy. Not all hotels allow changes.

Once your journey has commenced, it is advisable to get in touch with the airline or service provide in the city where you are situated.

Q.What do I need to drive in Australia?

You need your own local driver’s license to drive in Australia.If you’re going to be in the country for more than six months,you can get an international driver’s license before you leave home, or you can apply for a license in Australia when you’re there.If you are going to rent a car, you will need your local,unexpired driver’s license (that you’ve held for at least one year) and a credit card–not a debit card.
